SPC Ardmona KidsTown was a winner at the 2013 Shepparton Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business Awards, receiving the award for tourist attraction of the year.
The award criteria was based on overall excellent customer service, product and tourism knowledge, attraction/presentation and courtesy.
Greater Shepparton Mayor Jenny Houlihan congratulated staff and volunteers for their hard work and dedication to ensuring KidsTown was a highlight for locals and visitors alike.
"KidsTown relies heavily on volunteers, with a prime example being the recent KidsFest event where more than 130 volunteers assisted in making KidsFest a success," Cr Houlihan said.
"Greater Shepparton staff focus on making the experience fun for all and this award is reward for the work done to achieve that."
