Greater Shepparton City Council is offering residents a free guided labyrinth walk activity on Sunday 7 January from 8 to 9 am for those wanting a chance to reflect away from the stresses of the world.
The Labyrinth Walk is a part of Council’s Activities in the Park program and is guided by Dr Lisa Shortridge who will start the walk with an introduction to the labyrinth followed by a short meditation to ensure participants are relaxed.
“Come and walk with me to let go of the old and confirm your new beginnings for 2018 with the freshness of the early morning New Year’s Resolution walk on Sunday,” said Dr Lisa Shortridge.
The walk will be held at the permanently established Labyrinth in Ferrari Park, Mooroopna off Echuca Road.
