FEATURING: AUSTRALIA'S HOTTEST ACTS, THRILLING RIDES, GOURMET FOOD TRUCKS, MARKET STALLS + MORE
Shepparton’s inaugural LAND OF PLENTY festival is now only four weeks away and from all reports is shaping up to be an incredible day. With tickets for the Big Apple VIP Package experience already sold out.
The event is well on its way to having a sell-out debut run. Proudly all ages and family friendly (kids under 5 free!), Land Of Plenty has something for everyone and should not be missed!
Boasting one of the hottest festival line-ups in the country, Land Of Plenty will be one of the only chances to see Tones And I Perform in Australia this year. With her hit single ‘Dance Monkey’ having just gone No. 1 on the ARIA charts for the ninth week in a row – the equal all-time No. 1 streak of any Australian artist in history – Tones And I is one of the biggest acts to rise out of our midst of late. On top of that, she looks set to dominate the UK charts at No. 1 this week and also just performed to over 100,000 punters and 8.4 million viewers at the AFL Grand Final. With this and more in store for Land Of Plenty, Shepparton is in for a real treat!
In addition to Tones And I, the Land Of Plenty line-up includes triple j Hottest 100 winners Ocean Alley, Shepparton’s own indigenous rapper Briggs plus yet another No. 1 chart topping artist Illy. Land Of Plenty will also celebrate some of the Goulbourn Valley’s very own talented up-and-coming artists.
Alongside amazing music, the festival will offer thrill seekers classic carnival rides including dodgem cars, a giant slide and Victoria’s most exciting (and scariest) ride ‘The Beast’.
There will also be an amazing array of food trucks serving everything from parmas to churros, gourmet tacos to 12hr pulled pork and great coffee to delicious Indian curries.
In addition there will be a market stall area, plenty of shade, plus four on-site bars including a very special Gin Bar and Mocktail Bar.
Land of Plenty will take over the Shepparton Showgrounds on Saturday 2 November.
As Shepparton’s own music festival, it is an event for everyone. Make sure to secure your ticket so that it can continue for years to come and keep bringing amazing music to the local area.
Land of Plenty takes place at the Shepparton Showgrounds on Saturday 2 November. Tickets on sale now.
