Visitors to Greater Shepparton City Council’s Riverlinks Eastbank and SAM are advised cladding replacement works will be undertaken at the front entrances throughout December 2020 and January 2021.
Moretto Building has undertaken works at the rear of the building during October and November 2020, which included demolition, cladding replacement and remediation works, and will now progress to the front of building.
Works will commence on the Riverlinks Eastbank front entrance on Friday 4 December 2020 and are expected to be completed Friday 18 December 2020. Visitor access to Eastbank will be made available via the SAM entrance.
Works will then commence on the SAM front entrance early-January 2021 to be completed mid-January 2021.
Please be aware of the worksites around the building and obey the signage and alternative entry points as required.
