Upcoming Community Satisfaction Survey in Greater Shepparton
Posted on
Thursday 12th of March, 2026,
Council is encouraging residents to share their thoughts on Council and its services through the third quarter Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey.
Residents can provide feedback through face-to-face surveys which are taking place in the region from Thursday 19 March to Thursday 26 March. Individuals are encouraged to take part if they are approached in the coming days.
Research resource company Thinkfield is conducting the surveys, which are a useful way for Council to understand whether it is meeting community expectations for the services it provides.
Thinkfield has previously conducted in person surveys as well as Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing, with Greater Shepparton residents aged 18+ selected at random to take part.
Council’s Director Corporate Services, Chris Teitzel, encouraged residents to take part, assuring the community that all in‑person approaches are legitimate and conducted on Council’s behalf.
“Feedback provided through the survey enables Council to respond to the needs and wants of residents. It also enables the community to share thoughts on the services, facilities and activities Council provides,” he said.
