Greater Shepparton City Council wishes to advise the community that roadworks on Ford Road, between Numurkah Road (Goulburn Valley Highway) and Kakadu Drive, Shepparton will commence on Thursday 13 March 2025.
In Summary
The upgrade works will include stabilising a section of the road followed by re-sealing, involving spraying hot bitumen and immediately spreading stone aggregate on this section of Ford Road.
Works will be undertaken on Thursday 13 March 2025 between the hours of 7.00am and 6.30pm, weather permitting.
Traffic delays are to be expected and an alternate travel route is suggested. The road will be open to through traffic under traffic management with access to residents and properties provided as required.
Road users and pedestrians are asked to obey all on site signage and direction provided by traffic controllers. The community is requested to take care and be aware of the traffic changes in place.
