Greater Shepparton City Council has been made aware of a potential phone scam operating in Greater Shepparton.
Council has received a number of phone calls from residents who received a phone call asking them to take a short survey and update their details.
Residents have been advised if they receive a phone call asking them to update their details to not provide this information. Greater Shepparton City Council will not ask you to provide or update those details over the phone.
If you receive this phone call you should notify the police immediately. Residents can contact the Shepparton Police Station on 5820 5777.
