Time is running out to apply for Greater Shepparton City Council’s Community Leadership Program, with applications closing at 11.59pm on Monday 31 March 2025.
In Summary
Now in its 12th year, the Council-funded program offers a unique opportunity for locals to develop essential leadership skills and contribute meaningfully to their community. The program consists of seven workshops covering key topics such as public speaking, goal setting, resilience, and community leadership.
Mayor, Councillor Shane Sali, encouraged community members to seize this opportunity before applications close.
“This program has played a significant role in shaping leaders within our community for over a decade. If you have a passion for making a difference and want to develop your leadership skills, I strongly encourage you to apply,” he said.
With only 20 places available, the 2025 program offers aspiring community leaders the chance to kick-start their leadership journey and make a real difference in the community. Participants must be 18 years or older to apply.
For application forms and additional information, please visit Council’s Community Leadership webpage here. To register, simply complete the online application form.
