In Mindful Birding, we’re going to explore the world of birds while learning how to relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. It’s a fun way to connect with nature and spot some amazing birds in the bushlands.
This activity helps to calm the mind and appreciate the beauty of nature. Bring your eyes and ears, and let’s go birdwatching!
What to bring: Comfy clothes, a drink bottle and remember to stay sun smart.
