Heart Health Walking Group Heartbeat Vic
Join us for gentle walks around Tatura – a great way to stay active, meet new people, and support your heart health in a fun and friendly setting. All fitness levels are welcome, and you can go at your own pace.

We offer two distance options: a short 1km loop and a longer 3km route, both starting and ending at the front of Tatura Community House and Tatura Library. Walks are suitable for prams, mobility aids, and all ages. Please wear comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle, and dress for the weather. There’s no cost to participate, and no need to book – just turn up and join in. Come along, get moving, and enjoy some fresh air and good company!
This is a weekly walking group; dates for term 3 are: 21st and 28th July, 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th August, 1st, 8th and 15th September.
