A Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday 26 May 2026 at 3:00pm. The meeting will be held in the Council Boardroom, 90 Welsford Street, Shepparton.

The meeting will be open to members of the public to attend. A live stream of the meetings will also be made available, and can be accessed via Facebook and YouTube.

All care is taken to maintain your privacy; however, as a visitor in the public gallery, it is assumed that your consent is given in the event that your image is broadcast to the public. It is also assumed that your consent is given to the use and disclosure of any information that you share at the meeting (including personal or sensitive information) to any person who access those recordings or Minutes.

Greater Shepparton City Council is holding a Contractors Capital Works Information Session on Monday 15 June 2026 at 10:00-11:00am at the Main Soccer Pavilion, located off Packham Street, within the SHEPPARTON SPORTS PRECINCT grounds, Shepparton.

This session is regarding Capital Works within the 2026-2027 financial year only.

The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C198gshe to the Greater Shepparton Planning Scheme.

The Amendment came into operation on the date the notice was published in the Victoria Government Gazette, being 23 October 2025.

The Amendment rezones 13.45 hectares of land located at 100 Ryans Road, Dookie being Lot 2 on PS712899 and all the land on Certificate of Title Volume 11572 Folio 135X currently zoned Farming Zone to Low Density Residential Zone to facilitate the development of the site for low density residential purposes

The Amendment came into operation on the date the notice was published in the Victoria Government Gazette, being 22 August 2025.

The Amendment rezones 4.1 hectares of land located at 294 McLennan Street, Mooroopna being Lot 1 on PS649091 currently zoned Farming Zone to the Neighbourhood Residential Zone to facilitate residential development within part of the Mooroopna West Growth Corridor.
