Primary Care Connect is the leading, local Community Health service provider across the Goulburn Murray region, offering a wide range of personal support programs. Primary Care Connect aims to ensure everyone in our community is connected, supported and empowered to lead safe, healthy and happy lives.
Primary Care Connect offers programs including drug and alcohol counselling, family violence support, refugee services, gambling and financial counselling, nursing and allied health, managing chronic disease, a women’s health clinic, as well as in house gym, personal training, physiotherapy and dietetics.

St Paul’s African House
St Paul’s African House is an outreach service of the Lutheran Church of Australia. We are a not-for-profit community organisation working to build a brighter future for people of African heritage living in Greater Shepparton through:
- Culture - We provide a safe, welcoming space where people who identify with African cultures can gather to preserve, honour, celebrate and pass on African cultures though stories, music, dance, food and fellowship.
- Capacity building - We provide and support capacity building for people of African heritage to assist them to participate successfully and fully in the wider Goulburn Valley community.
