Blue is a sweet 10 month old Kelpie X. He is a sweet boy, who is devoted to learning and making his humans happy. Blue is a very high energy Kelpie who is only suited to a property with a large yard.
Blue can sit and drop on command but will need training and loads of enrichment to keep his very clever brain busy! Blue is friendly around other dogs often greeting with play bows,
However Blue can be unsure at first and prefers dogs who are initially not up in his face and will give him space to become comfortable.
Blue is recommended to a home with only older children as he can at times be jumpy with excitement, he is also not suited to a home with cats or small animals.

Adoption Commitment
The Shepparton Animal Shelter encourages new owners of adopted animals to consider their lifestyle and commitment carefully before adoption. We wish to see all adopted animals find their forever homes. However we understand that sometimes, an adoption does not work out. If you are no longer able to care for your adopted animal, for any reason, please contact the Shepparton Animal Shelter.
Adoption Guarantee
If a dog, puppy, cat or kitten is not acceptable to a purchaser because of health, physical or other reasons (excluding accidents), which is supported by a statement from a Veterinary practitioner, within seven days of purchase, the Animal Shelter will accept the animal back and refund the purchase price of the animal.
If a dog, puppy, cat or kitten is returned within three days for any other reason, the Animal Shelter will refund 75% of the purchase price or offer a replacement animal with the same guarantee.
If a dog, puppy, cat or kitten dies or is euthanased as a result of a disease that is traceable to the point of sale, the Animal Shelter will refund the purchase price or offer a replacement animal with the same guarantee.
